The NEXT Asia for Animals animal welfare conference will be held in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia from the 27th of August until the 29th of August, 2008. The venue is the renowned and highly accessible Sanur Beach Hotel in Sanur, until recently an idyllic fishing village on the eastern coastline of Bali. The yellow sand beach is safe and numerous water sports - swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, outrigger sailing and windsurfing - are on offer. A visit to Turtle Island (Serangan) by hired boat is also a possibility for a close encounter with these beautiful sea creatures. The menu will be vegetarian—mainly vegan withthe exception of certified free-range eggs in some dishes.
